What we collect

When you use our Telegram bot we store your Telegram user ID, username and display name, the language you choose, your answers to the bot's questions, the phone number if you decide to share it, and the messages you exchange with our experts. On the website we record which service button was clicked, the campaign source and the page language — no IP address or name is stored with these clicks.

Cookies

The website sets one first-party cookie, w24_src, for 30 days to remember which advertising campaign brought you to us. Visitor statistics are collected with Umami, which runs on our own server, uses no cookies, does not store IP addresses and does not build profiles. Fonts and scripts are served from our own servers; no third-party trackers are used.

Why we use it

Only to handle your request, to connect you with the right expert, to meet our legal obligations, and to measure which channels work. We do not sell your data.

Who can see it

Our experts and administrators. Messages travel through Telegram or WhatsApp, which process them under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us at any time to see or delete your data by writing to the Telegram bot or to us on WhatsApp.
